The residents have not been given clear information pertaining to the legal position for Hertfordhshire County Council.

In light of the amount of time elapsed since planning was granted the residents believe that the legal position must be brought up to date and shared with all residents prior to any transaction taking place.

In addition, many councillors are new since the original planning approval was granted in 2014 and it would be an opportunity to be given the whole picture so they are better equipped to make an informed decision.

This is essential to ensure that the residents are treated correctly and the process is managed appropriately.
